Mark and Donna, Owners |
- Mark and Donna started Performance Automotive Services, Inc. in 1990. Mark began working in the
automotive industry in 1976 at the age of 17. Prior to starting the company he worked as a
technician at a local dealership, automotive instructor at a local community college, and a
technician at an independent repair shop. He has over 45 years of automotive repair experience
working on a wide variety of automobiles. His hobbies center around classic muscle cars and
spending time with his grandchildren.

Zach, Shop Foreman/Manager |
- Zach is Mark and Donna's oldest son. He began working at Performance Automotive Services, Inc. in 2005.
Zach is an ASE Certified Master Technician and licensed motor vehicle inspector. He is EPA
section 609 certified for automotive refrigerant/air conditioning systems, and has also received
training in advanced automotive diagnostics. Zach has also earned a Bachelor's Degree from
Appalachian State University. His hobbies include continuing education in advanced vehicle
systems testing and repair techniques, auto racing, gardening, and spending time with family.

Christian 'Ivan' Mejia, Technician |
- Ivan began his career as an automotive technician in 2018. He is a knowledgeable technician
who is focused on proficiency and accountability. Ivan is a well rounded general repair
technician and also has experience with EV and Hybrid vehicle systems and has extensive
specialized experience with Jeep. Ivan is a licensed motor vehicle inspector and EPA section
609 certified for automotive refrigerant/Air conditioning systems. Ivan is an automotive
enthusiast and enjoys playing golf.

- Mike has been a technician at Performance Automotive Services, Inc. since 2018. He officially began his
career in automotive repair in 2013, after leaving the Industrial Electronics industry. Mike
received automotive technology training at Mt Wachusett Community College in Massachusetts
before making North Carolina his home. Mike is a well rounded and experienced repair
technician with an excellent work ethic. He is also an ASE Certified Automobile Technician and
licensed motor vehicle inspector. His hobbies include riding motorcycles.

Cliff, Technician |
- Cliff began working at Performance Automotive Services, Inc. in 2022. He has distinguished himself through
his excellent work ethic and attitude. Cliff graduated from Forsyth Technical Community College
after studying Automotive Technology. Cliff is a licensed motor vehicle inspector and EPA
section 609 certified for automotive refrigerant/Air conditioning systems. Cliff's hobbies include
graphic design, car shows, and motorsports.
